
Join Trail2Lead - Masterclasses for leaders
Trail2Lead is a pioneering series of meetings for Leaders, providing an alternative to traditional training, which combines the Action Learning method with the Masterclass formula.
Our aim is to support Leaders in creating leadership that combines a business focus on results with empathy, self-awareness and the ability to build lasting and quality relationships within the team.
How will we work?
We work on the basis of a pioneering method combining Action Learning with the Masterclass formula, which means working in an intimate group oriented towards maximum practicality of the knowledge gained. We use the wisdom of the group and the so-called ‘collective mindset’ to solve real challenges in the work of a Leader. Each meeting will be complemented by the presence of an expert in the chosen field, who will actively participate in all parts of the meeting.

Who is the Programme for?
We welcome Leaders with extensive management experience:
- With a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing teams;
- Directors and Principals from large and medium-sized organisations from level C-1 or B-1
- Founders and owners of companies with a minimum of 30 employees;
Who:
- Are open to working on themselves,
- Are able to talk honestly about their strengths but also their weaknesses and failures,
- Determined to consciously shape their leadership style,
- Courageous and motivated to blaze new trails and standards in leadership,
- Wanting to influence the quality of leadership in Polish business through their own example.

Mentor, coach, supervisor, and trainer with dual international accreditation – EMCC EIA Senior Practitioner, PCC ICF. A business practitioner – co-founder and long-time director, board member, and supervisory board member of SMG/KRC Poland (now Kantar). Author of his own training programs, books, and publications on soft skills, management, and mentoring, including the first EMCC-approved and accredited mentoring manual in Poland titled: “Mentoring – User Manual.”
