Coaching is a method of supporting individuals in their professional and personal development.


The essence of coaching is to assist in achieving career and life goals, making the coaching process focused on change and action.

Coaching involves expanding self-awareness and gradually taking responsibility for one’s own life and actions. The coaching process is a meeting between two people: the coach and the client. The coach’s role is to help the client gain a better understanding of themselves. Self-awareness, including recognizing one’s limitations and possibilities, is the path to achieving the goals the client sets.

Coaching supports both intentional and planned pursuit of goals and serves as a tool for navigating difficult and crisis situations. It helps to go through these situations constructively and develop potential solutions.

Coaching work helps identify one’s potential and resources. Sometimes we may not realize the value of our assets or know when it is beneficial to use them. Often, we also overlook other opportunities worth pursuing.

The coaching process helps define achievable goals and find a personal path to their realization based on individual choices and decisions.

 

Session Organization

Meetings can be conducted online or in person.

The number of sessions depends on the established objectives and ranges from three to six months.

Coaching sessions generally occur every 2–3 weeks.

The frequency may vary based on the client’s needs and current situation.

The duration of each session is 1–1.5 hours.
