I am an experienced mentor, supervisor, coach, trainer, and facilitator. Additionally, I am the owner and managing partner of Stibitz, founded in 1997. I work as a mentor and coach in both individual and group processes. I conduct training on soft skills, as well as mentoring and leadership, using both licensed models (John Maxwell Team) and original content. I am the author and co-author of several handbooks on soft skills and management, including the first mentoring guide in Poland approved and accredited by the EMCC, titled Mentoring – A User Manual.

Individual meetings with a mentor aimed at professional development and enhancing self-awareness in the context of career changes. The mentor’s knowledge and experience are unique resources that the mentee can benefit from.
Coaching Session
Sessions with a professional coach that will help define areas of individual potential and professional aptitudes, enabling conscious use of personal resources.
Supervision
Substantive support from a supervisor allowing for the enhancement of mentoring competencies through: analysis of the Mentor’s own work, examination of the Mentor’s work style and attitude, and review of challenging situations or ethical issues during the process.
