Joanna Kucharczyk-Capiga
In 2007, I began my career in business as a Consultant at Mercedes-Benz Poland, working in Customer Care and Sales. I participated as an assessor in Assessment and Development Center projects and implemented coaching programs for dealership employees. In 2012, I joined PwC Poland as a Manager at the PwC Academy, where I lead training and coaching projects for external clients. I am the author and trainer of the Business Coaching Diploma school, which has an international reach.
I am also a part of PwC’s Executive Coaches group and have extensive experience in designing and delivering comprehensive development projects for corporations. I specialize in Executive and Team Coaching, change management, communication, team leadership, and mentoring. I conduct coaching and soft skills training processes for senior management, corporate managers, and NGO leaders. Additionally, I mentor and assess coaches seeking ICF and EMCC accreditation. I also have experience as an academic lecturer and speaker at international conferences, including for Kozminski University, University of Warsaw, and the Medical University of Warsaw.
