A certified Extended DISC trainer and mentor to leaders in large organizations, she has a deep understanding of leadership challenges, both team-based and individual. By combining practical experience with her training and psychological expertise, she provides solutions that foster leadership development and team effectiveness.
As Vice President of the Henryka Bochniarz Academy of Women Leaders Alumni Association, she is dedicated to supporting the development of women in business. She leads workshops with energy, humor, and a down-to-earth approach, creating an environment where participants are eager to engage and acquire new knowledge.
