I work with leaders who face challenges in their organizations, such as team management – conflicts, change management, managing relationships with clients and suppliers, building positions and relationships within international organizations, as well as career management.
In my previous role as a Senior Executive, I gained extensive international experience (CEE, Russia, CIS) in building companies from scratch, managing operations across multiple markets, business and product development, and team management in the media, marketing, and advertising industries.

I have been a chair/member of the jury at international competitions, including Cannes Lions, EFFIE, European MiXX Awards, Golden Drum, Golden Hammer, Cristal Awards, among others. Currently, I remain active in the industry, serving as a member of the Advertising Council, the Polish Marketing Communication Association (SAR), the MBS Committee at Effie, and the Superbrands Council. I also act as a jury member for the Effie Awards in Poland and the European MiXX Awards.
