I participated in the market transformation of the early 1990s: first as a co-owner of a small company, then as a sales manager in a nationwide distribution company, and later, I had the opportunity to build a sales team from scratch in a large organization. I personally experienced the process of privatization, implementation of new work standards, and a radical organizational culture shift.
Since I have always been more interested in people than in numbers, I was drawn to the profession of business trainer, which was just emerging at that time. I was one of the co-founders of the “”Grupa Teraz”” project, which, for over 20 years, has been delivering training solutions to organizations aiming to elevate their market performance and improve internal processes, such as communication, knowledge sharing, and management.
At the core of my coaching, training, and advisory work are always the client and the system in which they operate. My talent and hallmark in coaching is a systemic approach, understood as tapping into universal truths and principles applicable to various human environments. I conduct development processes focused not only on achieving individual results but also on positively impacting the well-being of the entire system.
